I use this as a styling gel as part of my hair loss prevention routine, works well. Apply it, style hair, wait for it to dry, then run my hand through my hair and it pretty much bounces back and stays in place.

I like the ingredients but the price is too high. I don’t know about the efficacy yet as it takes longer than 1 bottle to be able to evaluate. Thanks

Leaves my hair with too much residue.

I started using this along with other things in an attempt to grow my hair, rosemary oils, scalp treatments, frequent micro-trims and my hair has indeed grown. because it's grown i won't say it was jus this that did it, but it might have helped. the serum has a pleasant scent to it and it didn't make my hair feel excessively oily how some have done to my hair in the past.

I use this as an alternative to finasteride. I still have to use minoxidil, because once you stop minoxidil, you lose all your gains brought by minoxidil, regardless of whether you're on finasteride or another 5 alpha reductase blocker...so be careful guys. For those who don't use minoxidil, Hairmetto alone might be enough for maintenance. It's very oily and you can't be seen in public with it on. After several months of use I'd say it's improved the appearance of my hair beyond what I achieved on minoxidil alone (which I've been using for literally years). I will keep using Hairmetto for as long as it's effective. It's completely free of side effects. I use overnight (a minimal amount - don't drench your head in this), rub in well, wipe off any excess with a paper towel and wash out in the morning. I've tried oral and topical finasteride in the past and both gave me unacceptable side effects, so a topical botanical product with 5 alpha reductase inhibitory properties is probably the next best thing. Manage expectations. This is not going to regrow a ton of hair, at least it didn't for me. It's stabilised my hair loss and improved its appearance by gradually making it a little thicker. You really need to stick with it for months if you're going to try it. Also look into other products/treatments like topical caffeine, alfatradiol and derma rolling (I use these in addition to the minoxidil and Hairmetto and have done for a couple of years).

This just didn’t do it for me. It made my hair feel gross and I don’t notice any differences after weeks of use.

I love this hair serum, it makes my scalp feel so nourished and healthy. I've only gotten this a couple months ago and I've already used it up. It's an obsession at this point.

This would be great, the applicator is easy to apply to the root and the ingredients seem natural but the fact that it's also a gel makes it awkward to use. It says easy-hold but if you just want a treatment, the styling product addition of the mixture makes it a bit confusing as you wouldn't use it only as a treatment or as a styling product.

I have been using this product for two weeks and frankly I give it a score of 10 out of 10 because it is so effective on me. It is not a gel, it is a liquid, fluid serum that is not at all pasty and smells very good. It completely stopped my hair loss. I regained my volume with great joy. I am starting to notice baby hairs growing back. My curls are a lot plumper. I think I have found my savior and would definitely recommend him.

As a male over 60 with thinning hair I am always willing to try new products to improve the condition of the hair I have left and try to halt its thinning. This product has some ingredients that I have not tried before such as the ecklonia cava and ones that I have tried before and liked, such as lavender. I do not usually use gel on my hair, but I find that this gel serum can be applied in the morning to help tame/control my hair so that there are no bits sticking up and also after washing to nourish and keep in shape. It does not make my hair stiff or sticky, so I am happy with the results. The fact that it is not strongly scented is also a plus. I like the method of application as it allows me at a twist of the top to obtain the amount that I need quickly and accurately. The plastic bottle is lightweight and transports in my gym bag well. It is too early to be able to say that it has enhanced my hair growth, but my hair is looking in good condition and is held in shape well.

This is a hair gel that promotes hair growth. It has Biotin, Niacinamide, vitamins, seaweed, and other scalp nourishing ingredients. It is easy to apply without weighing my hair down and does not leave a greasy residue. It has an essential oil type of scent that smells stronger in the bottle then it does on my head.

I started ecklonia cava after various research, also submitted to my geneticist friend who didn't know about ecklonia. I can confirm that it is an unparalleled product. After 37 days of use, the serum begins to work exactly like finasteride and minoxidill. Personally, I noticed improvements after two weeks. You will not find quality like that of HairMetto anywhere

Hi everyone, after a month and a half of constant use of Hairmetto serum, my hair and scalp are definitely better, healthier and the hair loss has almost stopped. I highly recommend it as a natural product to be used consistently and the results will be seen.

I have known that this is what I need to help my hair loss. My skin responds well to msm and tightens up. Maybe if the scalp skin is tighter my hair can hold on lol I am not making any claims, it's all a mystery but we will see. If there is one scent I can't stand its patchouli. Ough lol at least it's not straight patchouli so that's good. I'm excited about this for my hair loss issues and not even worried about the styling aspect of the product. There is no oil in it also.

I just got his product i will have to let u know in a few weeks if it grows the hair back once on the scalp it does give it a tingling sensation hopefully its working

Re-order of excellent product.

This serum is very light, it has a watery texture and only a few drops are needed. It doesn't weigh down my hair or feel crunchy. It doesn't really feel like I have anything in except the scent of the essential oils. It has lavender, patchouli and ylang ylang that I can detect, but wearing it smells similar to rosemary. The hold is light, it can help with a part, but it's not taming a wild cowlick. I like very light to no product in my hair and I like the scent, so I will definitely continue using it.

I have never found a product with these unique characteristics with the anti-dht algae and other components. 20 days are not many, but enough to notice the slowdown in hair loss and a healthier appearance of my hair. If the good morning can be seen from morning, we are on the right path.Great Hairmetto
