You can buy with confidence. Our products are effective when used daily and consistently. Naturally, hair growth takes time. As with any scalp treatment, sometimes up to 6 months is required to see results. This is an investment of not only your money but your time and effort. Therefore, if you determine it is not working for you after 180 days of consistent use, you may request a refund of your purchase price.
To qualify for a refund, you will have needed to contact us by email within the first 90-days so that we can have the opportunity to assist you. You can rest assured, that if you have used it as directed, and did not see the results you anticipated, you will receive a refund of the product purchase price.
You may return unopened, undamaged items for a full refund within 30 days.
If your purchase is within 90 days, your product has been opened, and you have changed your mind and do not wish to proceed, you may return the unused portion for a refund after contacting us by email.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Included shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to 1220 Pandora Ave, Victoria, BC, V8V3R4, Canada.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping within Canada: All parcels aredispatched domesticallyfrom the West Coast of Canada and is done through Canada Post; tracked service.
Shipping to the US: All parcels aresent from Canadaand is partnered through USPS; tracked service. Depending on the value of your parcel, you may incur duties and/or taxes for your local state upon delivery of high value orders.
Shipping to the UK: All shipments aredispatched domesticallythrough our warehouse in the UK. This means faster delivery for you than if we were to send it from Canada. VAT will be charged at Checkout to ensure smooth delivery within the UK.
Shipping to European countries: At Checkout you will have 2 options for Shipping: 1) Tracked Mail (through Federal Mail Carriers), 2) Courier (through DHL or UPS).WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHOOSE DHL COURIER.This provides you with your Duties & Taxes pre-paid. This way there will not be any monies collected upon delivery to you and this will expedite delivery. If you choose the option of Regular Mail (which includes Free Tracked mail or Xpresspost International through Canada Post), your parcel will be shipped either from Canada or from our depot in the UK where duties and taxes will be collected upon delivery to you. In this case, the local carrier may take weeks which is beyond our control and could cause delays in delivery to you.
Shipping to all other countries: We try to accommodate all orders. At Checkout you will have an option to have your parcel sent via regular mail or via DHL Courier. If you choose DHL Courier you will see that the duties and taxes are included in your shipping costs. This means that your parcel will be delivered to you quickly and monies will not be collected upon delivery. If you choose regular Tracked Mail, please note you will remain responsible for any local tax/customs fees charged by your country upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels once they have arrived to Customs in your country.
Currently with the situation of Covid-19 deliveries are determined by the abilities of the courier and some packages may notice delays. Please continue to track your parcel through the links provided to you in the Shipping Confirmation email.
For shipments sent to a country other than Canada or the USA, here are some things to consider when placing an order:According to your countries regulations, there may be a Customs Tax or Duty charge when you pick up your parcel from the post office,unless you have chosen to PREPAY those fees at Checkout. When shipped from Canada to a foreign country we include a signed Commercial Customs Invoice according to the retail price paid. 'Free Tracked Shipping' doesNOT mean Customs charges or your country's VAT (Value Added Tax) are included, unless itemized as such at Checkout. These are determined by the destination country.

You are responsible for collection of your package. Our obligation is considered fulfilled once its reaches your country. It is sometimes held at your countries Customs office at their will and released at their will. Canada Post will hand off to your local federal postal outlet and upon release from Customs, they will attempt to deliver to you.
You may receive a ‘pick up notice’ if you’re not home when delivery was attempted. We will provide you with a tracking number for you to see the status as it is updated. If you receive your package and see that it has been compromised, or damaged, please take pictures and send them to us so that we will be able to make a claim and help you to purchase new product.
