Our 'Happiness Guarantee' lasts for 180 days (6 full months) on any topical scalp treatment. Here's why:
You can buy with confidence. Our hair loss treatment products, including topical saw palmetto oil for hair loss, are effective when used daily and consistently. Naturally, hair growth takes time. As with any scalp treatment, sometimes up to 6 months is required to see results. This is an investment of not only your money but your time and effort. Therefore, if you determine it is not working for you after 180 days of consistent use, you may request a refund of your purchase price.
To qualify for a refund, you will need to contact us by email within the first 90-days so that we can have the opportunity to assist you. You can rest assured that if you have used it as directed and did not see the results you anticipated, you will receive a refund of the product purchase price.
You may return unopened, undamaged items for a full refund within 30 days.
If your purchase is within 90 days, your product has been opened, and you have changed your mind and do not wish to proceed, you may return the unused portion for a refund after emailing us.
All opened dermarollers are considered a final sale for sanitary and safety concerns. If you wish to return your unopened Dermaroller within 30 days, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price upon receiving it returned.
At HAIRMETTO, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be delighted with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase of our face oils, we offer a 30-day refund policy.
If you decide to return our face oils, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the remaining portion of the product. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund of the price paid for the product, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
Please note that we will only issue refunds for products that are returned to us. We cannot issue refunds for products that are lost or damaged during shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the returned product is adequately packaged and shipped.
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at email@example.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Included shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our address in Victoria, BC, V8V3R4, Canada. We will provide you the exact mailing address to your email.
You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item.
If returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
