Shipping within Canada: All parcels are dispatched domestically from the West Coast of Canada and is done through Canada Post; tracked service.
Shipping to the US: All parcels are sent from Canada and is partnered through USPS; tracked service. Depending on the value of your parcel, you may incur duties and/or taxes for your local state upon delivery.
Shipping to the UK: All shipments are dispatched domestically through our warehouse in the UK. This means faster delivery for you than if we were to send it from Canada. VAT will be charged at Checkout to ensure smooth delivery within the UK. At checkout, if you choose DHL/UPS Courier, the parcel is sent from Canada and you be responsible for paying any VAT/duties that are due upon delivery.
Shipping to European countries: We ship to the EU through 1) stock held in the UK, or 2) DHL/UPS Courier as requested at Checkout. If Courier is selected, your product is shipped from Canada. Regardless of where the product is shipped from, your local taxes and/or duties will be payable by you upon delivery as they are not collected at the time of sale. You are responsible for any import duties or VAT that may be payable within your country.
Shipping to all other countries: We try to accommodate all orders. If you are at Checkout, proceed to Shipping Costs. If your country is not listed, you may complete your order as-is, and we will receive an email to give you a quote. If you do not approve the shipping quote, your order will be refunded immediately. If you approve the shipping quote, make the payment and your order will be sent. Please note you will remain responsible for any local tax/customs fees charged by your country upon delivery.
Currently with the situation of Covid-19 deliveries are determined by the abilities of the courier and some packages may notice delays. Please continue to track your parcel through the links provided to you in the Shipping Confirmation email.
For shipments sent to a country other than Canada or the USA, here are some things to consider when placing an order:
- According to your countries regulations, there may be a Customs Tax or Duty charge when you pick up your parcel from the post office. When shipped from Canada to a foreign country we include a signed Commercial Customs Invoice according to the retail price paid.
- Free Shipping does not mean Customs charges or your country's VAT (Value Added Tax) are included. These are determined by the destination country.
For all tracked packages, please consider:
- You are responsible for collection of your package. Our obligation is considered fulfilled once its reaches your country. It is sometimes held at your countries Customs office at their will and released at their will. Canada Post will hand off to your local federal postal outlet and upon release from Customs, they will attempt to deliver to you. You may receive a ‘pick up notice’ if you’re not home when delivery was attempted. We will provide you with a tracking number for you to see the status as it is updated.
- If you receive your package and see that it has been compromised, or damaged, please take pictures and send them to us so that we will be able to make a claim and help you to purchase new product.
